- Support and execute both planned and emergency handovers, ensuring seamless takeover and restoration of services.
- Ensure service continuity in case of an unplanned handover.
- Perform all L1 preventive, corrective, adaptive, and perfective maintenance activities and escalate to L2/L3 when required.
- Ensure alignment with the configuration, updates, and changes applied to the prime infrastructure, maintaining operational consistency and readiness.
- Prepare and submit operational reporting covering performance, availability, anomalies, and activities.
- Participate in review boards and implement corrective actions.
- Perform continuous analysis of operational data and trends to propose improvements and support ongoing optimization of operations.
What You'll Bring:
- Ability to follow procedures precisely while monitoring complex systems in real time, ensuring immediate and correct reaction to alarms and operational events.
- Learn and apply handover procedures, quickly understand configuration states, and reliably execute or support both planned and emergency shifts of operations.
- Provide hands-on technical competence (basic IT, networking, system administration, hardware handling) to perform Level-1 maintenance tasks, run checklists, collect logs, conduct resets, and escalate appropriately.
- Demonstrate a structured problem-solving mindset, classify and document anomalies, follow investigation workflows, and support incident resolution with traceable evidence.
- Bring curiosity, initiative, and analytical thinking to identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, learn from trends, and help evolve the operational environment.
- Demonstrate professional proficiency in English; knowledge of French is a plus.
- Be an EU national and eligible to obtain EU Personal Security Clearance.
